HOW TO APPLY ESTROGEN GEL TOPICALLY
01
CHOOSE THE RIGHT AREA
The best places to apply estrogen gel are where your skin does not bend or move much and won’t rub against your waistband. Your inner arms, inner thighs, stomach, back, and buttocks are ideal for this purpose. Avoid other areas like armpits or elbows, as these won't work. Also, do not apply it to your breasts.
02
CLEAN AND DRY THE SKIN
Wash the area you've chosen and dry it thoroughly before applying the gel. If you've taken a shower, make sure to dry off completely. Avoid applying on hairy skin or irritated skin, and freshly shaved areas too.
03
SPREAD A THIN LAYER OF GEL
Preferably on the outer and inner sides of the arms and shoulders, or the inner thighs and abdomen (for thin persons), and possibly on the face (if absorption in other places is poor). Applying too much gel is counter-productive, so it's best to spread a thin layer.

USE THE SAME SKIN SURFACES
For stable and consistent absorption, use the same skin surfaces. If you keep changing locations, the absorption may vary.
05
RUB THE GEL
Rub the estradiol gel ten times back and forth on the surface of the chosen skin area. The repeated rubbing helps the estrogen penetrate deeper into the skin for better absorption.
06
AVOID USING CREAMS AND LOTIONS
Don't apply creams, oils, or lotions on the skin surface where you apply estradiol gel. These may block the absorption of estrogen.
07
PREVENT TRANSFERENCE TO OTHERS
Avoid skin-to-skin contact with anyone for the next four hours. This will prevent any transfer of estrogen to someone else.
