HOW TO APPLY ESTROGEN GEL VAGINALLY

Wash your hands with soap and water before handling the estrogen gel.

Get into a comfortable position - either lying down with knees bent or standing with one leg up on a chair or stool.

Open the estrogen gel applicator package and remove the applicator.

Use your fingers to spread the labia apart to expose the vaginal opening.

Insert the applicator into the vagina as far as it can comfortably go.

Push the plunger of the applicator to release the estrogen gel.

Avoid sexual activity for at least 4h after applying the estrogen gel to prevent transference to others.

Slowly withdraw the applicator from the vagina.

Dispose of the applicator in the garbage - do not flush it down the toilet.

Wash your hands with soap and water after use.
